Challenge:
To relaunch the successful AP Tour brand and create a 35-city tour of theaters and clubs with both established and up and coming artists. Create a new revenue stream for the AP Events division.

The Event:
The AP Tour was launched from the stage of the 2015 AP Music Awards Show and featured the bands Mayday Parade, Real Friends, This Wild Life and As It Is. The tour tied into an exclusive Alternative Press Magazine cover that coincided with the first date of the 2015 AP Tour. Sponsors such as Hot Topic, Dr. Martens and SJC activated both on-site and via AP’s various channels. Many performances sold out and over 45,000 fans attended these shows across 35 venues.
